Think Pink
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. A staggering but true fact is that one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime.
At Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center scientists are working to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer. How can you help? Get involved by raising awareness and money to fund the research. Climb a mountain, ride a bike, participate in a fun run, buy pink, but do something.
This season marked the 15th anniversary of the Climb to Fight Breast Cancer. It is more than just the climbing that keeps participants coming back. It is the opportunity to give back, meet people from all walks of life, and share in the camaraderie of a group working toward a common goal. You can create your own fundraising experience by joining our CURE Challenge team.
Climb participants take a journey that begins with one step; for one cause. Join us. For more information about the 2013 climbs visit our website.
